Shoot Out is a snooker shootout scoreboard made by Nightmode Studio. The app does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) — we never see your payment details. To unlock Pro features and restore purchases across devices, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes purchase receipts and an anonymous, randomly generated identifier. See the RevenueCat privacy policy for details.

Camera

The camera is used only to scan the QR code shown on a cast screen. Scanning happens entirely on your device — no photos or video are stored or transmitted.

Cast to screen

When you cast a match to a screen, live scoreboard data (player names, scores, and clocks) is relayed through a temporary room identified by a random code. This data is used only to display the scoreboard and is not retained after the session ends.

Data stored on your device

Player names, shot clock settings, and your free-games count are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
